Delete a Wiki Page

It is rather old and title is misleading.

To avoid that actually someone does that instead of improving pacman page.  Pacman refers to that page but there is duplication.  i.e. Server File section versus Repositories section.  Even if it's updated, that leaves a rather confusing title...

Agreed and done. I removed all related links from the international pages too.  Now get busy on the Pacman article =]
