[solved] speed limit for pacman?

Is there a way in the configuration to limit the download speed of pacman?

Been reading the wiki but nothing relevant on that part

Re: [solved] speed limit for pacman?

pacman -Ss bandwidth
community/netbrake 0.2-1 [0,01 MB]
    Netbrake is an utility to limit the bandwidth used by a process
community/trickle 1.07-3 [0,03 MB]
    Trickle - lightweight userspace bandwidth shaper

You can also use XferCommand and wget --limit-rate

pacman roulette : pacman -S $(pacman -Slq | LANG=C sort -R | head -n $((RANDOM % 10)))

XferCommand = /usr/bin/wget --limit-rate 100K --passive-ftp -c -O %o %u
in your pacman.conf will use wget and limit to 100KB/s
