Grub Installation issue

I attempted to install Arch with a core 2009.8 iso this morning but I've come across a few problems.   First of all, in the "Prepare Hard Drives" section, my partitions are listed as raw_fs or something like that.  I'm guessing that's just a bug, I know those partitions we're formatted just a few minutes earlier, but I reformatted and mounted the relevant partitions with the archlinux disk anyways.  After mounting paritions, everything goes fine until the Grub installation.  I've chosen to install Grub on my main HDD, the one that my computer boots off first.  However after rebooting, the first thing that shows up is the Windows 7 loading screen.  As far as I know, this is impossible if Grub was installed successfully.  Are there any other ways of installing Grub without reinstalling Arch?

Re: Grub Installation issue

is this what you're asking for? Installing_or_Restoring_GRUB_to_the_Master_Boot_Record
you should be able to just use a live cd to install grub to the correct place you want.
