Off-Topic

It's members only for reading? I went to the main page without logging in and noticed that I did not see Off-Topic in list. Upon logging in, tada! It's there.

There are some useful discussions that go on in off-topic. Is there a reason for not making it readable by all? Or are my eyes going bad again?

It is members only because some pretty crazy stuff goes on there and we don't want to give the wrong impression to outsiders. Arch members understand the all-in-fun (or all-for-fun!) aspect of the discussions, but general passers-by probably won't get it.
