Hardware Problem
Hi i have problem with mine System the Problem is that somtimes when i start mine pc it doesn't Boot, the harddisk , cdrom, dvdcombo lights are currently blinking and no output on the Screen. after that i have to change the port of harddisk(SATA) or remove the Cell from the main Board. or sometimes i used the bootable cd with "e2fsck" command and this problem arise after 2-3 days.
I am using MSI (MotherBoard) and AMD Sampron Processor.
and Segate (SATA) hard Disk.
what is the main problem with mine System its the Hardware or Software Problem.?

Did you reached the bios/grub screen? What's your exact error output ?

Hello dear :-)
this time when i start PC first it shows me only
"GRUB"after restart 3-4 times it scans the devices and give me the error
Hardware initiate failed Please Check device
The BIOS doesnot be Installed press<g>.............after that i just poweroff the PC Manully and change the "SATA" HARD Disk Port (wire) on the mother board and remove the Cell after that it starts and recovering journal and the i use "e2fsck" command to fix the problem now its working.

Hve you tried a BIOS update already ?

i was get rid off this problem and someother day mine system stops work(harddisk produce smell(something burn)) after consult someone he told me that the mine pc is a box(useless).but then i remove hard-disk and get it repair its chip was burn and the hardware-spec change it when i again put(and change SATA power cable) it into the system now it works fine so its the hardware problem?......
