Viewing online Canadian tv

I live south 100 miles south of Montreal and can watch over-the-air tv.
I try to watch Canadian videos online but the screen says download plugin.
Nothing happens.
After a search I downloaded xmms from pacman .
Now I have another video player. How do I connect it to Epiphany?
Will that work?
Or is there another solution for foreign video clips?

Re: Viewing online Canadian tv

What network videos are you trying to watch?  What plugin does it need? Sometime these content are only available in a certain juridiction.  That could be the case here.

I watch CBC, english and french.
There is no other message, nothing happens.
There is no clue on the CBC.ca/television website.
There are live and archived videos I would like to watch.

Re: Viewing online Canadian tv

I am able to view them in firefox with the mediaplayerconnectivity add-on.  For epiphany, you'll probably need to use mplayer-plugin.
