Touchpad auto off

Hi all. I have a question concerning the touchpad. How to set the config to have touchpad switched off automaticly when the mouse is connected before i turn the laptop on. When the usb mouse i disconnented and i'm connecting it when the system is working touchpad switches off automaticly. When the mouse is connected and i'm turning on the computer both controllers are working.

I know that laptops usually have BIOS settings like "Multiple Input Devices" or "Primary Input Device" etc... perhaps you have something similar.

My BIOS contains only "internal pointing device" with two states: on/off. I would like to add that i'm configuring the touchpad by modyfing etc/udev/rules.d/01-touchpad.rules and /etc/hal/fdi/policy/11-x11-synaptics.fdi. I do not have "xorg.conf" because xorg server works perfectly without generating it.
