udev causes excessive cpu usage after update

After system update yesterday, my cpu usage was constantly above 25% with no applications running.  Downgrading udev to 141-5 reduced the cpu usage to normal immediately (ie, without rebooting).  Possibly related to this problem, except that ps showed only two udevd processes.

Any ideas?

Try to limit the cpu usage with "cpulimit -e /sbin/udevd -l 1". Its not the best solution, but it helps.
