Asus U80V networking issue

Hi!
I recently installed archlinux on my asus u80v (because I heard it was such and AWESOME distro). Although Ive run into a few problems of which the most urgent one is the lack of a built in driver for the wired nic. The laptop in question has an Atheros AR8131 nic, sadly Ive not the first who has run into some issues with it. So my question is, how should I proceed? Ive been messing around with sevral distroes but Im no expert, any pointers in the right direction would be great. I would think Id need another driver and then load it manually either by a usbstick or some other means of transfer. But when it comes to where to find such a driver and how to enable it Im kinda lost.
Help apreciated.
