remove k3b is necessary for upgrade to kde4.3.1
k3b from [Extra] depends on kdemultimedia-libkcddb (4.3.0), but kdemultimedia-kioslave (4.3.1) replaces it, so pacman needs to uninstall k3b before doing the upgrade.
I suppose the solution is as simple as change the dependencie of k3b, from libkcddb to kioslave, I only wanted to warn you
