some .png files can not be opened in Arch

It is weird, all the .png files are normal in Ubuntu (Gnome), but some are not viewable in Arch (Kde), don't know why?

Please be more specific. What program are you viewing them in? Any distinction you can see between the ones that are not viewable and the ones that are not?

(an example of a png that doesn't work and an example of one that does work would be nice....)

You can also install an app like feh that is not gnome or kde specific and see if it can open them.
