Is it possible to install KDE 4.3 without internet connection ?

Dear all,
I have a slow dial up internet connection. I would like to know if i could install KDE from a downloaded source. I would like to install Arch Linux in my school too where there is no internet connection for all computers. Since I'm new to Arch, please give me detailed instruction to install KDE offline.
