I think that you can use safely either opera or konqueror, you just have to tell them to use /opt/mozilla-plugins/ as plugin folder

As it happens Konqueror already spotted that and realplayer seems to work, but does not seem to be able to handle embeded scripted content.
Umm....
The problem I am having is with the following site:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbeebies/character … song.shtml
which my 4 year old would like to listen to. Just above the printer icon on the right there is supposed to be a embeded player, on which you can click to play.
Unfortunatly it does not even show up in either mozilla-firefox (On arch and Win98), opera or konqueror, but it does work on IE 6 (How irritating).
I do like the way konqueror can lie though. : - )
