ignore it,  some of them probably got pulled in by another package. What command did you run to get that output?

Use pacman -R $(pacman -Qdtq). This command will uninstall all non-required packages in your system. Run this until your system is totally "clean".

Look at the list of packages that are claimed to be orphans.   I'm sure he would not be happy to loose grub or kernel26....  Something is clearly wrong here.
