NTFS-3g wierd mounting issues

Problem is when I login to my user account none of my ntfs drives popup but If I go and switch over the root account and then logoff and log back into my user account they finally appear.

Currently using gnome and have authorised under org>gnome>freedesktop>hal>storage to both Mount file systems from both internal and removable for my user account.

Any help is appreciated smile

Re: NTFS-3g wierd mounting issues

@ wilshire

change the defaults of the ntfs drives to

rw,users,noatime,auto

and then

mount -a

Re: NTFS-3g wierd mounting issues

Where are you getting sda5-7 from? They don't exist. Change /dev/sda5 to /dev/sdb1 , sda6 to dc1, sda7 to sdd1
