I recently bought an ASUS VH232H monitor. It actually works on my netbook (Intel GMA 945 video card using VGA port) but for some reason, after a minute, all the monitor buttons (menu, brightness, source, and power) stop responding. The only way to turn the monitor off is by unplugging it from the wall. I cannot even change between VGA/DVI and HDMI.
In addition, sometimes the screen goes all white and I have to unplug/plug to get it back working.
First I thought it was a faulty monitor, but when I plugged it in a Toshiba laptop running Windows, it worked normally, so I don't think it is a hardware issue.
Anyone willing to help me on this?
