The Crux of the matter...
I was hunting around our Wiki, and stumbled across this while reading the Arch description,
"[...]based on ideas from CRUX, a great distribution developed by Per Lidén."
Where's this guy originally from? I can't say I recognize that dialect.

obviously the documentor was not paying attention to their typing. I believe that Per Lidén is Swedish. Likely the typo came from trying to create the accent over the e like this .... é

I doubt that Per Liden is from Stockholm. They are just a bunch of clueless loudmouthers that can't do anyhing right in the "real" world.
