Can't mount ext4 with data=writeback

I can't do it with my home or root partition.

I have the latest e2fsprogs and 2.6.30 kern from the arch repos.

data=writeback is an ext3 mount option, not an ext4 one as far as I know.

Hi,

data=writeback applies as well to ext4.

Verve87, I assume, you just added data=writeback to your fstab?
You actually need to change the journalling mode by running tune2fs -o journal_data_writeback /dev/sdXY while the partition is mounted readonly (boot up with a live-cd).
