Hey Guys.
I just bougth the asrock Ion 330 PC - and using this machine as frontend for Mythtv.
My sound is the problem!
After installing alsa - ran the configuration and enabled the SPDIF. '
But having a poroblem now - carse IO've found out that I'm using the HDMI output - to send the sound Directly to the TV using the HDMI cable.
But having normal stereo outout (minijack) and SPDIF and the HDMI.
How should I configure this - to make it use the SPDIF instead of the ALSA:HDMI

The problem is that I cannot get the sound out of the SPDIF instead of the HDMI output - So How should I do that???

Which one is which - and how do I managed to get the sound through SPDIF???? Cannot find anything from getting SPDIF to work from the WIKI?

As experienced I can only use one at a time - and should chance it inside MYTHTV-setup
If using: ALSA:hw03 -> getting sound through HDMI
Usinf ALSA:spdif or ALSA:default is getting the sound through the SPDIF output.
Unforunably it isn't possible to choose between which one you'll use for this setting!
