x86_64 pacman tries to download i686 packages

Mirrorlist is x86_64 repos only.

In extra repository pacman tries to download i686.

example (pacman -Syu)

What's your pacman.conf? Are you using by error a i686 repo with Server = ?

This is very strange.
It's only happening with extra?

Can you comment the first mirror and do a pacman -Syyu

I would say first and second mirror, besides the ones already commented (first two are the same mirror, just different access method).

Okay I commented the first two mirrors... here is what I get. I don't think it is just extra anymore. I was wrong when I said that.
