Java 7 Beta

Is there any news on a working Java 7 beta? The ones I've found in AUR are out of date (and they don't compile -- at least I can't get them to compile). I am trying to test out some VPN stuff for my job and they have a LinkSys router/VPN "thingy". The thing runs on Java. I can "see" the UI, but I can't "use" it -- everything appears grayed out, etc.
