How do I install Archlinux on USB and boot from anywhere, saving the settings too? I don't really understand the instructions in the wiki so I hope there is detailed instructions.

Hi.
I think you can simply use the usb installation image, expand its size and use pacman to install ther rest of the things you need, then you have a working live installation.
don't forget to create a user and set the root password ;-)

I made the installation on USB and it works from many PCs, allowing updates as well, just some limitation for speed and read-write cycles to be kept low.

Don't forget, boot from USB requires the computer to have USB boot capability so every computer is not a target..................
