[SOLVED]Front SD slot doesn't mount

I have an HP a6600f. Specs and other documents here. Everything works great in Arch, with the exception of the front SD slot. It's basically a slot that SD/SDHC cards go into. I'm running latest Arch and KDE, and though the light turns on on the front of the computer when I plug an SD card in, KDE shows "No devices plugged in" on the device manager.

EDIT : Err.. I wasn't very clear on what I wanted sorry, how can I mount this sucker? It's ok if it doesn't Auto-mount in KDE, but I need to access it somehow.

Re: [SOLVED]Front SD slot doesn't mount

Could you post an lspci output, so that I know the chipset used by your card reader?

Re: [SOLVED]Front SD slot doesn't mount

Sorry for the double post, but somehow it works now! I'm sorry to say I have no idea in the slightest what fixed this, I merely rebooted and plugged in the SD, and the "recently plugged in devices" notification popped up! Sorry I couldn't provide more info sad
