I accidentally deleted menu.xml.
I didn't do openbox --reconfigure so openbox still shows the menu
Is there a way I can save my menu??
Thanks in advancee!

How did you delete? Using rm command or sending to trash? If it's the later then you can recover it else I have no idea. Also there could be an automatic backup file on editing like menu.xml~ which is the previous version before editing. Also you can copy the menu.xml template from /etc/xdg/openbox and re-do the changes.

Sorry, I should have said before, I rm -rf the whole directory by mistake... so no xml~

There's no way to automatically recreate it from a running instance. You'll need to start over, unless you're running a file system that will allow you to recover deleted files.

Cool. Thanks, I'm not on reiserfs so I don't think I can. I'll screenshot my menu and start from scratch. Thanks again.
