pcmcia module

At bootup i get the mesg. /lib/modules/2.6.10/kernel/drives/pcmcia/i82365.ko missing or no such device
the file do exist in location so what does the warning mean ?? and what can i do to remove it smile

The second part of the message, "no such device", is the important part here. Your PCMCIA hardware is obviously not based on the Intel i82365 controller, but your system is trying to load the module anyway. If your PCMCIA is working, then this makes no difference.

To get rid of the message, find out where the module is being loaded, (rc.conf, modprobe.conf, other) and remove it.
