I'm using the xf86-radeonhd-git driver, and the 3d drm module). I can tell VLC to use Xvideo without any issues at all, but mplayer refuses to accept that xv is indeed enabled on my system:

Is there any way I can force mplayer to use Xv even when it thinks I can't use it? I have a desire to use mplayer because I use my phone's ssh client as a remote for it. Any suggestions would be useful.
