Hey fellow archers
I found something weird today..... i was writing a document, and theres a few keystrokes that make my Desktop Logout back to the login Screen....
I've found that When I hold the Shift Button down, press 9, or 0, (as if im typing brackets into my document) and then press Enter, ( not at the same time... just hit enter after the shift and bracket) my Desktop logs out....
Do me a favour and try this yourself and report back to me........ You don't have to be writing anything for it to happen.... it happens simply by using those combinations.....
its driving me nuts. lol!
and How to fix it???
Any help appreciated

Sound like it could be related to http://mailman.archlinux.org/pipermail/ … 07989.html .

How do you not have a "Device" and "Screen" Section?
remove that xorg.conf and do nvidia-xconfig from console.
funny you say that..... I was wondering the same thing. lol!
i removed xorg.conf and used nvidia-xconfig and it recreated a new xorg.conf with screen section included... lol
I'll see if it makes any difference.... but i doubt it...........
i'll report back.
Nope.... still happens.

Well the obvious first step is to find out whether you have anything in common with the other user :
http://mailman.archlinux.org/pipermail/ … 07998.html
That is compare your logs with his. This could help.
pacman roulette : pacman -S $(pacman -Slq | LANG=C sort -R | head -n $((RANDOM % 10)))
