School project.

Hey guys!

I have a school project that i'm working on and it's going well but i have a problem its like this:

[MAIN GROUP]
|               \
|                 \
|[GROUP]      \ [GROUP]

User1*            User1*
User2              User2
User3              User3

*=admin
===============================

On top there is an admin that can do whatever he likes etc. But in the other groups below there should be an admin that can control the users that belong to this sub-group. Is there like an "group admin" or something. I can't figure this out. Example: User1 can set what files user2 and user3 can use.
