no parent found for of device message during boot

After the kernel update to 2.6.31, the following message appear during booting

Booting paravirtualized kernel on bare hardware
pci 0000:00:14.4: transparent bridge
pci 0000:01:00.0: BAR 6: no parent found for of device [0xfffe0000-0xffffffff]
pci 0000:09:00.0: BAR 6: no parent found for of device [0xffff0000-0xffffffff]

patch is available and is reported as bug. Will this be applied ?. ( less experience in compiling own kernel)

Edit 1: This is on hp dv5 laptop with AMD Turion X2 ultra processor.
Edit 2: Acer one netbook with atom processor also issues the same error
