I *almost* never have an issue booting, but consistently, my mouse and keyboard (both usb) do not work. The lights are on, but the numlock light on my keyboard wont even work at the startup screen. I use my PS/2 keyboard to check the logs. If I unplug my mouse and plug it back in, nothing really happens:

*EDIT* Fixed by reinstalling the kernel........
