s2ram doesn't work anymore (KMS issue, solved)

Hello.

Since the last update my notebook doesn't resume from s2ram. Does anyone experience the same problem?  With a short search I didn't find any hints.

Thank you!

Update:

Maybe I should provide some more information: I invoke s2ram without parameters. "doesn't resume" means: screen doesn't come back, no reaction on any input.

Do you have an ATI card? If so, have a look here: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ATI … _solutions

Yes, I do (ATI Mobility Radeon 7000). And disabling KMS solved the problem. ("Add "radeon.modeset=0" into the kernel append line..") So, KMS was enabled with the last ARCH kernel update.? I didn't find any errors or warnings in Xorg.0.log.

Thank you!
