Could you share your gtk theme mod with us please! smile Looks great!

Here you go: Shiki-Sublime-Glossy.zip (20 KB) Adjust to whichever color scheme you prefer. If you want it without gloss, here it is: Shiki-Sublime.zip (20 KB) Credit for the original Shiki-Colors theme goes to perfectska04.

Thanks smile

make sure its its [font]-7, not font:pixelsize=7

Ugh, I had to turn off anti-aliasing, still a few things look off (the # is illegible)

turn off hinting as well. i am also using the lcd filter if that makes any difference.

I discovered that the off-coloring is called subpixel rendering or something along those lines. Incase anyone sees this and has this issue I used this in my /etc/fonts/local.conf to disable it.

<!-- Fixing Subpixel Anti-Aliasing, it makes shit look blue/red -->

You've got some interesting xmobar and tab things. Can I see your xmobarrc and xmonad.hs?

ent: Thanks!

I got the background pattern from here: http://www.colourlovers.com/patterns/top

It is a good site for patterns and colours. Highly recommended.

The DR program (dradio) is a cli streamer for the Danish national radio. Most of the channels are probably without any interest to you, but genre specific ones might.

Re: October 2009 Screenshots

Been awhile since I posted up a screenshot. So here's my current environment. Nothing super special and definitely not minimalistic.

Clean
th_2009-10-18-170318.png

Dirty/In Use
th_2009-10-18-170547.png

Info
Environment: e17
Theme: Darkside
GTK: Neon
Browser: Iron
MPD Client: MPD Dule module for e17
Also Seen: Weather Gadget, CPU Gadget, PCManFM, Pidgin, CPU Gadget

This is on my older 'backup pc' that I am having to use since my main pc's power supply died. It only has 1 gig of ram and a P4 1.6 GHz processor with a legacy Nvidia GeForce 2 MX video card. Despite that this environment gives me plenty of bang and bling while not hogging up system resources and allowing my computer to run smoothly and efficiently. I am running without the Bling module but it still looks awesome and is incredibly functional. e17 sure has come a long way!
