I'm having this issue after the upgrade: http://bugs.linux-foundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=395
Obviously there's not only one package involved (and figuring out which one is responsible for this should be important), so I'm posting here to the problem, too.
I purged out and reinstalled cups libcups gutenprint foomatic-db foomatic-db-engine foomatic-filters net-snmp ghostscript hplip (cleaning the /var and /etc related directories).
