The Fedora 12 beta release is out, and is stacked with new features. Redhat and Fedora developers have been pushing forward, with tremendous effect.
NOTE: Fedora 12 features have been listed here:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/12/FeatureList
Notable features include increased performance of KVM, lower privileges, increased power management, display port support etc.......
Arch is a bleeding edge distro, how do we get abovesaid improvements?

Are you sure that you have not already got these features available? You should look into what you want and see if it is already possible in Arch, and if not try and get it working yourself. Add any packages that are needed to the AUR, request extra functionality to be enabled in official package by the bug tracker, etc... If features are popular enough, they might get official support in the future.
Or the easier option is to install Fedora 12 beta.

I was merely wondering how many of these features were present in arch due to package upgrades. How does the code Fedora develops get to us? Installing Fedora 12 is not an option, will not let me put /boot in lvm group. Not until Fedora 13

Almost every feature on the list is non-Fedora specific. Most of them involve upstream changes within many open source projects that have been aided by the Fedora project and so should be available in Arch too.

QFT. Fedora devs have contributed much to FOSS over the years and Arch users benefit just as Fedora users do. Being bleeding edge, Arch is always among the first to benefit.
Just check the corresponding package versions and I'm sure you will see that our devs are pushing them into the repos daily for us to get our grubby hands on.
