Searching for "way" on the forums (all of them) returns no hits. Same for "arch". "patch" on the other hand works. "patch AND way" returns pages that match "patch" but not "way".
Any ideas?

I've found the forum search feature to be hit or miss too. I think the best search engine for the forum is Google. For lots of hits on "way," try googling with the forum site specified, like this:
site:bbs.archlinux.org way

These words are too common. That's why the forum search engine returns no hits. I think it does that for resource-efficiency reasons.
