same problem, the files are owned by xorg-apps, so I don't think you should force it?

For my mirrors it looks like the newer packages came later in the day that don't conflict. Unless you're really anxious to update it should be fine in a few hours once all the mirror sync

I have removed it manually and upgrade. Everything works fine here.
