You can review the boot messages by adding a line to your /etc/rc.local:

For your internet connection to work, you first need a working network connection. What is the status of your network connection at that time? Do you receive an IP address and is ping working? Are you using static or dynamic IP addresses? What does /var/log/messages.log say?

Thank you for your rapid reply.
My network connection work. It work on my ubuntu partitions. When my internet does not work properly, i have no ip address and i cannot ping anything at all. I use dynamic IP addresses. Sometime, when i reboot, starting network fail and i have no network working. I reboot again, and then, everything work fine.
I'm searching right now on message.log, but sincerly, i don<t realy know what i'm looking for.
thank you

You should be looking for messages from dhcpcd, since this daemon acquires the IP address on boot. It may be faster if you look into /var/log/daemon.log, since thats the place all daemons put their messages in.

Consult this wiki article about dhcp configuration:
http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Configuring_network
There is a troubleshooting section on the subject of dhcpcd not starting at boot. You may try the suggested workaround.

Did you try the suggested workaround from the wiki, adding
dhcpcd -k eth0 dhcpcd -nd eth0
to /etc/rc.local?

Are you using wifi? Maybe you are near the border and sometimes it fails to associate to the AP. Anyway, how are you starting it at boot?

Fou, give some real information, "it doesnt work" tells us nothing.
How is it configured? Post any relevant configuration files here.
What is the exact error message?
