[new] Kyra 2.0.7

I've created a package for Kyra 2.0.7.

Kyra is a simple, fully featured, industrial strength Sprite engine, written in C++, built on the top of SDL.

The build doesn't include the samples (tutorial), but provides you with the libs, headers and programs shipped with Kyra.
