Flaky Arch64 behaviour

I've been running my Arch64 installation for about 2 weeks now and everything is running fine but I've noticed a few strange behaviours. The 64 bit flashplugin works great except that when I want see youtube video any other video content in flash, the player doesn't work. I try to start the clip but nothing happens unless I minimize and then maximize firefox first, then I can start the content. The other issue I have is with bin32-wine. I've installed STEAM and that works great but when I what to launch a game (LOOM or THE DIG) they don't start. I have to try to start them 4 or 5 times and they launch. On 32 bit that wasn't necessary. Can't figure out what the problem is but my installation is the same as on 32 bit.

Regards

André

Re: Flaky Arch64 behaviour

There seems to be problems with Flash and the current version of GTK2 in the repos. Unfortunately I can help beyond that.

Start Wine from a terminal, try to launch programs, and see what complaints that you're getting. I'll be that you're just missing some 32 bit libraries.

Re: Flaky Arch64 behaviour

I think that I have all the lib32 libraries I need because the games do run after trying 4 or 5 times.
