How do I zip files up in winzip and winrar format?
I use unzip to unzip files compressed in winzip format and unrar for files compressed in winrar format but what tools do I need to compress them in winzip and winrar format? Cmd line tools only.

If you have the zip package installed, for example:
zip -u $zipfile $filesOffline

And rar (in the AUR) creates RAR archives.
FYI - the formats are called zip and rar, not winzip and winrar.
