Cannot get nvidia-fbcondecor to install.

Hello. I just got converted to the wide world of lovely framebuffer tricks and other dark magics. But my problem is I jave to use the stock kernel to run X. Why?

Because the nVidia driver does not install.

This is the nvidia-fbcondecor package in [unsupported], so being there already sends me clear signals about whether it might work or not. As in, it might work or it simply won't.

However, I'm sure someone got it to install and work. When I do it... well, the output looks something like this:

If you are using a Linux 2.4 kernel, please make sure
you either have configured kernel sources matching your
kernel or the correct set of kernel headers installed
on your system.

If you are using a Linux 2.6 kernel, please make sure
you have configured kernel sources matching your kernel
installed on your system. If you specified a separate
output directory using either the "KBUILD_OUTPUT" or
the "O" KBUILD parameter, make sure to specify this
directory with the SYSOUT environment variable or with
the equivalent nvidia-installer command line option.

Depending on where and how the kernel sources (or the
kernel headers) were installed, you may need to specify
their location with the SYSSRC environment variable or
the equivalent nvidia-installer command line option.

Error: Makepkg was unable to build nvidia-fbcondecor package.

So, I'm wondering of all those who got this to work just HOW they got this to work.

Please help.
