New fstab in filesystem

I notice that the new fstab in filesystem has the following line missing:

 none                   /proc         proc      defaults            0      0

Is that no longer necessary?

Nope, not necessary, but it won't hurt anything if it's in there.  usbfs, sysfs and proc are mounted at boot by rc.sysinit.
