Kernel did not detect AVerTV Volar GO

I have recently bought this card replacing failed compro videomate TV/PVR/FM.

There is no driver support from vendor. The datasheet did not mention the TV chipset type, that Im now out of luck in getting this card detected under arch64.

Anyone had success installing this card in their arch system?
