Hey,
I've got Arch installed on a VirtualBox drive.
I want to move it to a real partition.
Setting up the partitions, copying the original VB partitions to the real ones, and reinstalling GRUB is no problem.
What should I do then? Make a new initcpio? How?
Or some other kernel configuration for the right modules to load at boot time?
Or something else?
Thanks a lot,
fiod

You might not need to regenerate your initrrd but if you do just chroot into your arch install and run mkinitcpio -p kernel26. Use the kernel panic wiki article as a good guide for chrooting into an arch install.
You will probably also need to check /etc/fstab and /etc/rc.conf. Do this before regenerating your initrd.
