Latest Update Killed my nvidia setup

I ran pacman -Syu the other day and then today rebooted and now my Xorg.conf is no good. sad

I can get X to work if I remove my xorg.conf file BUT I only get one monitor to work and I need two. I'm not sure what happened exactly. I will post below these files at the bottom of this post:

/var/log/Xorg.0.log
/etx/X11/xorg.conf my original one
/etx/X11/xorg.conf the new one that I got when I ran nvidia-confix right now

Neither one works. Both give "Fatal server error: no screens found."

I think the problem is "nvidia-173xx-utils" because when I do pacman -Syu I get:

resolving dependencies...
looking for inter-conflicts...
:: xorg-server conflicts with nvidia-173xx-utils. Remove nvidia-173xx-utils? [Y/n]
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: xorg-server: requires libgl
:: mesa: requires libgl
:: mplayer: requires libgl
:: nvidia-173xx: requires nvidia-173xx-utils
:: xorg-utils: requires libgl

But I think I am up to date:

[kirk@localhost ~]$ sudo pacman -Q nvidia-173xx
nvidia-173xx 173.14.20-2
[kirk@localhost ~]$ sudo pacman -Ss nvidia-173xx

[kirk@localhost ~]$ sudo pacman -Ss nvidia-173xx-utils

[kirk@localhost ~]$ uname -a

but I'm not 100% sure. sad

Here's my files:

Re: Latest Update Killed my nvidia setup

The nvidia-173xx aren't compatible with the latest xorg.  You will need to use the open source driver, or downgrade.

There are lots of threads, for example:
