[Solved]Giving upstart a spin, not in db, forgot what to do

I saw that upstart in the the AUR, so I installed Arch i686 to a virtual machine and updated the packages.

[root@JORDAN-virtual ~]#pacman -S upstart
upstart package not found, searching for group...
error: 'upstart': not found in sync db

At http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=24506 I see "Tarball", "Files" and "PKGBUILD". I forget what I'm supposed to do, could someone refresh my memory?

Download and extact tarball, makepkg, pacman -U <pkg>
