ufw upgrade 0.27-1 -> 0.29-1 causes problem with daemon

The ufw daemon doesn't work after the upgrade because it references the executable:

/usr/sbin/ufw

but the new version installs the executable as:

/usr/bin/ufw

Yep, it doesn't run on system start up.
