Program to manage password writen in Jython/Java.

Hello.
I want to write a program to manage password on my phone (SE W.8XX) and I will give an example how would this work.
I want to go to Games menu and I have to type my password for games and when I want see my contacts I have to  do the same thing.
Which language do you prefered for such apps (Java or Jython).
Is this possible to write such app for my phone?
