Archlinux port Kubuntu Netbook Edition

Hi folks, I believe this basically a plasma theme, and widgets.

This feature is a backport from KDE 4.4 and the kwin-devs are not happy with it.

Unfortunately, it is not only a plasma theme and widgets. It needs some changes in kwin (and can break kwin in 4.3). So I would suggest to wait until KDE 4.4.

Indeed, I would wait until KDE 4.4 and Qt 4.6.
