Where the fsck are these certificates!

I can't install ca-certificates, I need to install them, I can't get them with pacman, none of the mirrors have them and I'm pissed.

pacman -Ss ca-certificates
core/ca-certificates 20090709-1
    Common CA certificates
extra/ca-certificates-java 20090629-2
    Common CA certificates (JKS keystore)
If your mirror is having problem switch to other one and try. ( us mirrors are ok for me)

Quickly, he's pissed.  Lets all jump to his rescue! 

Note that the ca-certificates package has not changed in several months so your mirror must be quite broken not to have them.  Then again, it could be a user problem...
